Terrica Odum graduated with Honors from Florida State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Sciences with a minor in Psychology. During this time, Attorney Odum gained vital experience working as a victim/witness advocate in the state attorney's office in Tallahassee, Florida. Attorney Odum also supervised court-ordered visitations between parents and children at the Parent Visitation Center in Tallahassee, where she also taught a parenting class.
Attorney Odum obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Howard University School of Law in Washington, DC where she concentrated my course-work in Family Law and Children's Advocacy. While in law school, Attorney Odum served as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate helping children who were removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, or both. This involved evaluating and investigating the child's circumstances to make an informed recommendation to the court for placement.
Attorney Odum has over 15 years of experience in representing persons in all family law matters, including divorce, custody, modifications, enforcement, adoptions, and child protection (CPS cases). Attorney Odum has over 10 years of mediation experience in family, civil, and CPS cases. Attorney Odum knows and understands the law, she possesses a broad range of skill sets, allowing for unparalleled ways to resolve even the most complex and contentious disputes.
